PAYMENT POLICY
AustinCody.com utilizes PayPal as its credit card billing
service. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal &
e-Checks are accepted. No C.O.D. accepted.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship merchandise within 24 to 48 hours. From time
to time, however, we may experience a surge of purchases for a
particular item, which causes the item to be placed on
backorder. If the product you wish to purchase isn't available,
we will notify you by email, letter or on invoice after your
order is placed and let you know when you can expect it.
AustinCody.com makes every effort to get your purchases to you
as quickly as possible. Once the product is back in stock, it
ships immediately to you.
DELIVERY TIME
Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Delivery time will
vary depending on your location. Domestic orders are shipped via
U.S. Post Office Priority (www.usps.com)
or UPS Ground (www.ups.com). International orders
are shipped via U.S. Post Office Global Priority and are
slightly higher than Domestic rates (See below "Canada &
International Orders").
CANADA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
To avoid delay of merchandise, using the table below, Canada
orders please add $5.00 to S&H and International orders please
add $10.00 to S&H.
